NanoGuard is developing a controlled plasma platform designed to create and deliver a reactive gas stream to the treatment area at atmospheric pressure.
Public patent records describe a dielectric-barrier-discharge system that forms a high-voltage cold plasma from a working gas, then transports the resulting reactive gas to the product or surface. This is distinct from direct plasma-field contact.
Process conditions, materials compatibility, and performance are evaluated for the intended use. This avoids treating laboratory findings as universal product claims.
